In an article from the Pittsburgh Press (3/19/1944)penned by Billy Roche, who seconded Callahan, he (Roche) told Tim "to call McGovern an APA--an insult to an Irishman in those days--the next time they clinched. Tim did so. Terry lost his head, hit on the break and was disqualified."
