Each time he bounced back without a count. After Cancella's fifth trip to the canvas Kennedy stepped in, raised his hand to quiet the crowd and said: 'I refuse to be a party to a fight of this kind and I declare it no contest.' He said he referred particularly to 'Cancella trying to get hit in the first round and being unable to do so.' (Helena Independent)
