Greb won the newspaper decision according to the Pittsburgh Post. This was not an easy fight for Harry as he hurt his right hand in the first round after nearly having Sweeney out. K.O. made a strong comeback in rounds two and three and beat a tattoo on Harry's ribs. Round four was even and Greb turned the fight around in the fifth, hurting Sweeney with his right, and landing a hail of blows in the sixth.
