He was charged with possession with intent to supply but the charge was lowered to possession, which he admitted to.
Yes, he will be allowed to get into America. He served no time and he is an Olympic champion
In 2010 our very own Olympic champion Amir Khan was denied a US work visa ahead of his fight against Malignaggi, reportedly due to motoring offences in the UK.
I think he will get into the US, but will have problems along the way.
