well it's on this Saturday night at 7pm on BBC 1,
there's along with Froch there's me (Tony Jeffries) , Jonny Nelson and Duke Mackenzie dancing as a group to a song we cant mention (but it's something i've never heard of anyway)
we are up against the weather girls and Michael fish the weather man---Shappi Khorsandi the Comedian ------ a female presenter from GMTV------- i think another comedian and another presenter
the Judges are Paddy mcguinness the comedian ---miranda hart the comedian /actress----and my Favorite Kelly Brooke the model
we have worked really hard at it , trying to remember the steps and doing them the same time is Very
but we getting there just hope i dont fall over on the night 
if you can Vote for us would be amazing , last week 2 comedians got through, would be great if us lot got through,
the final is on the 13th of march ..........
