1894-11-22 (126lbs) Tom Causer w co 2 (20) Tom Ashwick, Central Hall, Holborn, London, England. Referee: Robert Watson. Despite the fight carrying a lack of title billing, later reports suggested that the English 126lbs championship was involved. Following a well contested opening session, both men continued in the second where they had left off, and after going hell for leather Causer found a tremendous to the jaw that sent Ashwick to the floor to be counted out on the 2.47 mark.
