Billed for the Australian Bantamweight title at limit of 116lbs, after the fight Green claimed that the limit for division was really 112lbs and consequently he could not lose the title – Green’s previous four title bouts had all been at 116lbs, which would seem to defeat his argument that he had not lost the title. Regardless of that, Green continued to claim the title
