1892-01-21 (120lbs) George Siddons w co 9 (finish) Tommy Warren, Metropolitan AC, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Referee: John Duffy. Made at 120lbs, it was advertised as a fight to decide the American featherweight title in five-ounce gloves. Although he had the best of the opening few rounds, by the fifth Siddons (120) began to take a lead, landing heavily to head and body before knocking Warren (118) out in the ninth with a right to the jaw.
