5 April (94/96lbs) Joe Williams w co 4 (20) Billy Dunn, New City Boxing Club, Sheffield, England. Referee: George M. Wells. Although made at catchweights, Williams claimed both the English 94lb and 96lb titles after coming in under 94lbs. By far the better man, Williams did all the leading before knocking the 18-year-old Dunn out of time in the fourth round.
