22 December (96lbs) Bill Pincombe w rtd 13 (20) Rocky Knight, Castle School of Arms, Bristol, England. Billed for the English 96lbs title, with both men inside at the 1pm weigh-in, Pincombe was on top from first to last and Knight never had a chance according to the Mirror of Life, who reported that the latter pulled out of the contest in the 13th. Although Pincombe continued to claim the title for the next couple of years there appears to be no further activity for him at the weight.
