1901-04-10 (128lbs) Harry Lyons w rtd 15 (20) Tommy Moran, Eureka AC, Germania Maennerchor Hall, Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Referee: George Mantz. The Baltimore Sun reported that Lyons, who was thought to be giving away a few pounds, and Moran were both down to scale 128lbs, a weight that Lyons was claiming the American title at. A fast fight all the way, Moran was down several times from the 13th onwards and was retired by his corner when floored again in the 15th.
