1904-06-23 (122lbs) Abe Attell w pts 15 Johnny Reagan, West End Coliseum, St Louis, Missouri, USA. Referee: Harry Sharpe. Billed for the world 122lbs title, Attell proved to be superior to Reagan, who only made a show for two or three rounds despite being game to the core. After boxing in clever fashion Attell looked to take Reagan out as the contest entered the last three sessions, but with the latter displaying good defensive work he was unable to find a finishing blow.
