30 October (112lbs) Ike Bradley w disq 4 (20) Harry Slough, Ginnett’s Circus, Newcastle, England. Billed for the English 112lbs title, Bradley made the better start and in the second round he had Slough over before the latter was saved by the bell. Surprisingly, Slough came out for the third relatively refreshed but in the fourth he was soon under pressure and after being dropped he was all at sea. Not wasting time, Bradley steadied Slough prior to sending him to the floor with a right-left to the jaw and the latter was disqualified after his seconds entered the ring when he looked unlikely to beat the count.
