1910-07-18 Bill Kyne w co 2 (20) Curly Osborne, St James’ Hall, Newcastle, England. Despite being billed for the English 110lbs title, this fight should also be seen as belonging to the new 112lbs weight class. Right from the bell Kyne meant business and dropped Osborne towards the end of the opening round with a left to the jaw. In the second, Kyne was immediately at his rival with a bombardment of punches and finished matters with another left hook.
