1912-12-19 (158lbs) Jack Dillon nd-drew 10 Harry Ramsey, Reichrath’s Park, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Referee: Walter C. Kelley. Made at 158lbs, the Cincinatti Enquirer reported that Dillon yet again re-stated his claim at the weight in this one after meeting Ramsey. The contest started with Dillon on the attack against the fast stepping Ramsey, who favoured fighting at distance, and in the opening few rounds it looked as though it would be curtains for the latter as volleys of body blows came his way. After being cautioned several times for not breaking, Dillon lost his rhythm and his lead as honours remained even from the fifth through to the tenth with no major incidents occurring.
