1915-04-06 (160lbs) [[Jack Dillon]] nd-w pts 10 [[Billy Murray]], The Arena, Hudson, Wisconsin, USA. Made at 160lbs, Murray was well inside the weight while Dillon was announced as being 159lbs. More fighting was done in the opening round than in all those following it as the two men seemed quite content to clinch, with Murray being awarded just one round and Dillon four by the press, in what was termed a mighty bore. It was only in the last three rounds that Dillon picked it up, but the damage had already been done with the crowd shouting for more action and both fighters stalling.
