Using his left hand to great advantage and setting a fast pace, Nakajima (107¾) battered the title from the head of Kim (107¾) in a gory, hard-hitting contest that saw both men receiving cuts around the eyes. There were no knockdowns but plenty of action and Nakajima was a deserving winner.
