Although being the better boxer of the two, Jensen (114) started to fade after the ninth as Kim (114½), carrying a badly cut right eye since the third round, began to come on strong. Into the 12th session, and having taken a relentless pounding to the body, the challenger finally dropped to the floor to be counted out on the 1.18 mark.
