1982-04-13 Tadashi Tomori w pts 15 Amado Ursua, Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, Japan - WBC. Referee: Rudy Ortega. Scorecards: 145-142, 148-145, 145-145. This was a hard-fought battle of changing fortunes, which Tomori (108) just about deserved to win the title due to his cleaner, more accurate punches. However, Ursua (108), who appeared to be the harder hitter of the pair, put up a good fight and a draw would probably have been a fairer reflection.
