1984-03-04 Min-Keun Oh w co 2 (15) Joko Arter, Munhwa Gym, Seoul, South Korea - IBF. On winning, Oh (125¾) became the IBF’s first champion at the weight. Starting fast, Oh dropped Arter (124½) in the first round with heavy left hooks before repeating the dose in the second with a terrific left uppercut to the body that left the Filipino writhing on the canvas in some agony before being counted out on the 1.55 mark.
