In a return match, this time round Suh (121½) exacted revenge over Berna (121¼) when the champion retired in his corner after refusing to answer the bell to start the tenth round. Having had problems making the weight, Berna, carrying a badly swollen left eye caused by a ninth-round punch, was sluggish throughout and was easy meat for the aggressive Suh who was well on top at the finish.
