1984-09-16 Hwan-Kil Yuh w co 6 (15) Sak Galaxy, The Gym, Pohang, South Korea - IBF. Referee: Kiyushi Kazama. Defending the IBF title for the first time, Yuh (129¼), despite making a slow start, soon got into the rhythm of things as he began to work Galaxy (130) over with blows from either hand. Unable to work out the southpaw style of the champion and not strong enough to resist, it quickly became obvious that the contest would not last more than a few rounds and at 2.20 of the sixth he was counted out after a flurry of punches had stretched him out.
