Successfully defending his title, Zapata (112), boxing on the back foot, just had the edge over Castro (112) in a hard-fought contest which swung first one way and then the other. There were no knockdowns, although Zapata looked as though he might be decked in the 12th and 15th rounds as the hard-hitting Castro went for the big one.
