1988-05-29 Daniel Zaragoza drew 12 Seung-Hoon Lee, Hongkuk Gym, Seoul, South Korea - WBC. Referee: Henry Elesperu. Scorecards: 115-113, 112-114, 114-114. Although Zaragoza (121¼) made the early running it did not take long for the challenger to match him, and he was soon meeting him punch for punch. Before long it had become a total war after Zaragoza had concentrated on throwing sharp rights, while Lee (121¼), bobbing and weaving, had scored with heavy blows to the body throughout. The decision was controversial to say the least with both feeling they had won, but it was Zaragoza, carrying plenty of facial damage who appeared to benefit more from the result.
