1989-07-09 Khaokor Galaxy w pts 12 Sung-Kil Moon, Rajadamnern Stadium, Bangkok, Thailand - WBA. Referee: Masakazu Uchida. Scorecards: 120-109, 120-109, 119-112. Pounding out a solid points win to regain the title, Galaxy (118) made Moon look like a novice at times, his southpaw power, speed and ring-craft proving too much for the champion to handle. Picked off and rocked by heavy lefts and rights to the head, somehow Moon (116¾) stayed upright in the ninth round, but in the 11th he was dropped twice before making it to the final bell.
