1990-02-17 John David Jackson nc 11 Martin Camara, Deauville Hotel, Chapilion, France - WBO. Referee: Ted Pick. In what was pure farce, Camara (152), who had been floored three times and outboxed, came back strongly to put Jackson (153¾) on the floor towards the end of the 11th round. When Jackson got up he was in a dazed state and did not understand what the French official was telling him, but after a long delay he somehow got through the remaining seven seconds left of the round. However, the crowd, who had felt that the challenger had been robbed of the championship, invaded the ring and the fight was eventually terminated and classified as a no contest by the WBO.
