1990-10-20 Kamel Bou Ali tdraw 2 Pedro Villegas, Sports Palace, Cesena, Italy - WBO. Referee: Bobby Watson. Although Villegas (127), having sustained a serious cut over the right eye, complained of being butted repeatedly, the referee decided that the head clashes were six of one and half a dozen of the other. With the doctor ruling him out as unfit to continue in the second round, under WBO rules the decision was announced as being a no decision. For our purposes, however, it is shown as a technical draw. Meantime, Bou Ali (129¾) continued as champion.
