1991-02-27 Welcome Ncita w pts 12 Bebis Rojas, Grand Casino, Saint Vincent, Italy - IBF. Referee: Steve Smoger. Scorecards: 115-112, 116-110, 114-116. The challenger, a former WBC junior bantamweight champion, consistently made the running, forcing Ncita (121¾) back and having him in difficulty on a number of occasions. Although he was warned for hitting after the bell to end the sixth, Rojas (121¾) appeared to have done more than enough to warrant the decision, especially after dropping Ncita in round 11, and the champion was booed from the ring on the result.
