After knocking Moore (139) down with a left hook inside 35 seconds the tone was set and by the sixth Randall (140) was well on his way to victory, having cut and shaken up his challenger with sustained work to the body. In the seventh, left-right combinations drove Moore to the ropes and following a flurry of 20 punches that went unanswered the referee had seen enough, calling it off on the 1.43 mark.
