1995-02-04 [[Steve Robinson]] w pts 12 [[Domingo Damigella]], National Ice Rink, Cardiff, Wales - WBO. Referee: Ismael Fernandez. Scorecards: 116-113, 115-113, 115-113. Showing up as a most elusive challenger, Damigella (125½) also brought an accurate jab to the proceedings, and if his punches had been delivered with more snap he could well have taken the title. For his part, Robinson (125½) lacked his normal sparkle and rhythm to take total control, but did just enough to warrant the decision despite having to leave it to the latter rounds to press home his physical advantages.
