25 November Mbulelo Botile w co 2 Reynaldo Hurtado, Basil Kenyon Rugby Stadium, East London, South Africa - IBF. Referee: Lumala Mtya. Following a quiet first round when both men felt each other out, the fight took off in the second when it became quickly apparent that Hurtado (117¾) was unable to keep the accurate Botile (117½) at bay. Taking advantage of the situation the champion quickly pounced. Having stunned Hurtado with a left-right to the head he next hammered in another right to the head which dropped the Colombian on to the seat of his pants where the referee counted him out with just two seconds of the round remaining.
