1997-04-19 Giovanni Parisi w rsc 8 Harold Miller, The Palalido, Milan, Italy - WBO. Referee: Mario Malanati. With this being an easy defence for Parisi (138¼) it was difficult to see how Miller (138¼) was classified as a suitable opponent for a world championship opportunity. Winning every round with some ease, despite not being able to drop the American Parisi handed out a real beating as lefts and rights found their mark with regularity. The finish when it finally came was timed at 1.45 of the eighth round.
