1997-06-01 [[Marc Johnson]] w co 2 [[Cecilio Espino]], Mohegan Sun Casino, Uncasville, Connecticut, USA - IBF. Referee: John Lawson. Firing in punches blindingly, Johnson (112) gave Espino (112) no chance to settle and into the second it was just a matter of time. Then, with the challenger’s left eye swelling up, Johnson quickly caught up with him and a fusillade of punches to both head and body dropped Espino in a heap to be counted out as the bell went to end the round.
