Although the challenger put up stiff resistance and even broke Michalczewski’s nose, he was outgunned all the way and an early finish was always on the cards. It was in the fourth that Michalczewski finally found a terrific left hook to send Magi (174¾) crashing, and after realising the latter was not going to get up the referee stopped the fight on the 2.35 mark.
