2003-06-06 Pongsaklek Wonjongkam w pts 12 Randy Mangubat, The Stadium, Songkla, Thailand - WBC. Referee: Brian McMahon. Scorecards: 118-109, 118-109, 119-110. Making his seventh defence, Wonjongkam (112) once again impressed with good scoring shots to the head while the durable Mangubat (112) worked well to the body, something the champion was never really comfortable with. Although Mangubat was docked a point in the tenth when going low, the wide margins on all three scorecards proved that many of his body shots were not considered to be scoring punches.
