Bayley broke a hand during the second round. Reported as his fourth career bout by the Oct. 24, 1912 Tacoma Daily News. According to the Edmonton Daily Bulletin, Decoursey was all but out when Bayley dropped him "...with a terrific right to the stomach, and the referee picked him up and carried him to his corner without counting him out..."

Fairmount Club, Calgary, Alberta, CanadaWKO410
"Kid Ash" was apparently a fighter using the well-known fighter's name. In the 4th round, Decoursey hit Ashe a glancing blow and the Kid took a swan dive. As Fullerton counted ten, Ashe continued chewing a large wad of gum, much to the displeasure of the crowd.Calgary Herald

DeCoursey was flat on the canvas, claiming he had been hit with a low blow. The referee ruled that a foul had been committed and that the bout was a no-contest. Los Angeles Times
But the SF Call reported result was a foul although the referee declared all bets off, due to the uproar that followed his decision.
