DeWitt Van Court
DeWitt Van Court was an instructor at the Los Angeles Athletic Club (1910s-1920s). Before that, he held a similar position in San Francisco with the Olympic Club (), where he helped teach James J. Corbett to box.
After America's entry into World War I, he became the boxing instructor at Camp Lewis, Washington. 
He appeared in the 1919 silent film comedy The Egg Crate Wallop.
