Frank Garza is a referee and judge from Lincoln Park, Michigan. A former member of the Michigan Athletic Board of Control (now called the Michigan Unarmed Combat Commission), appointed by Governor John Engler, he has been a boxing official since the 1980's. In 2012, the World Boxing Council listed Garza as one of the top referees of the last 50 years.
