Frank Manfredo was a boxing referee based out of Fresno, California. From at least 1929, until the late 1950s, Manfredo was the "house" referee at Fresno boxing shows at Ryan's Auditorium, Fresno Memorial Auditorium, and other venues. Manfredo quit refereeing in 1960, and continued as a judge in Fresno through at least 1962.

Manfredo was the uncle of World Welterweight champion Young Corbett III and Welterweight contender Al Manfredo. It is believed that he only worked the bouts of his nephews once, when they boxed in Fresno.
