Norwegian boxing manager (of Jonassen & Undersrud) of the 1920s, and later a promoter and announcer of the 1930s through 1940s(?). He was responsible for discovering future World Champion Pete Sanstol in an Olso amateur athletic club. Undersrud had seen and understood the potential the little boxer had, and it was he who encouraged Sanstol to turn professional, but suggested he leave Norway to take on competition on Continental Europe. Undersrud sold his management contract to American manager Lew Burston circa October 1926, as the attached letter image below indicates.
