Harry Joyce of Gary, IN

1943 Chicago Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions finalist at middleweight , the decision was awarded to Sampson Powell, and representing Chicago he won an Intercity Golden Gloves' title at welterweight vs. Leo Romaniello.

Stationed at the United States Navy Air Training center at Memphis, TN during World War Two.

Joyce's Chicago Golden Gloves Tournament of Champions records recorded him as being from Gary, IN. He has also been reported as being from Buffalo, NY (possibly at a US Navy base there).

As of September 2011 it is unclear if he is related to the Joyce brothers of Gary, IN.
