- Around the halfway mark of round 6, Ngoudjo lands a hard uppercut to the head of Ortiz, who turns away and starts walking back to his corner as if he no longer wants to fight. Referee Griffin decides to give him a standing eight-count at the end of wish he decides that Ortiz is in no shape to continue and calls a halt to the bout.
