Mike E. Collins, of St. Paul, MN, USA, was an early 1920s Editor of the Boxing Blade, promoter, and matchmaker. He was the matchmaker for the 1923 Jack Dempsey-Tommy Gibbons World Title bout in Shelby, Montana.
