2005-06-17 : Bobby Pacquiao 129½ lbs beat Carlos Navarro 129½ lbs by KO at 2:54 in round 7 of 12

  • Location: Table Mountain Casino, Friant, California, USA
  • Referee: Jon Schorle

Navarro was down four times in the bout. The first in round six was ruled from a low blow. It was disallowed and a foul point was taken from Pacquiao, even though fight films showed the blow was at least five inches above the waist.
Navarro was down three times in round seven. The referee disallowed the second one for hitting while down, which made the ready to quit Navarro mad, and he pounded the canvas with both gloves.
As Navarro was down for the last time, he counted to ten with the referee.
The bout was an even three rounds each through six.
Pacquiao scored a puff under the left eye in round seven, and a nose bleed with the final knockdown.
