Matchmaker from 1925 to early 1927, 1931 (Levy and Wad Wadhams shared the matchmaker duties for a brief period) for the Olympic Auditorium. From April 1927 until October 1929 he was the matchmaker for the Portland (OR) Boxing Commission. During the early 1940s he was the matchmaker at the Coliseum Bowl in San Francisco.

Middle 1930s- A promoter of some boxing shows at Gilmore Stadium in Los Angeles.
In 1943, Levy was the promoter in Stockon, California.
According to the December 27, 1944 Portland Oregonian, Levy was the matchmaker for the Disabled Veterans Boxing Club in San Francisco.
