'Larry O'Connell is a British boxing referee. O'Connell boxed as an amateur during the 1960s out of the Fitzroy Lodge ABC. He was twice the runner-up at Light welterweight in the ABA championships, losing in 1963 and 1965 to Richard McTaggart.
