The Quebec Boxing Council is a sanctionning body created in 2004 by Francois Picanza. Its purpose is to provide a regional belt for boxers that regularly fight in the province of Quebec (Canada).

In order to be ranked, boxers must have at least three professional fights, and fight regularly in the province of Quebec.
