He was a very good boxer though, just had that weakness which is the worst one to have in boxing. He was a very good boxer though, just had that weakness which is the worst one to have in boxing. I remember he fought in the abas one year&got KOed by Tommy Peacock in 33 seconds....in the regional stages.... Watched that bout against Tommy peacock and Alan Vaughan was 18 years old and never got knocked out, he got dropped with the luckiest punch imaginable and the ref stopped the contest ...
