just for fitness i normally either run 4 ks or bike for 30 minutes then hit the heavy bag for 4/5 rds then some resistance machines followed by some stomach/ab work ,got an ab wheel recently and that thing is better than doing 50 sit ups it kills but it works . 3/4 times a week I need one of those ...

Its predominantly CT scan based with BBBofC, they are more concerned with any issues surrounding the head, hearing, eyes and brain function. i didnt know who robin deakin was i just saw a headline of him on the daily mail. after doing my research on him he seems liike a top guy who refuses to give up! robin made it as a pro with the same condition as your son, so hopefully as your son grows his condition will improve as it did with robin!
