Re: Boxing Belts For Sale

Think Gomez sold his and I'm sure hatton bought it and give it him back but not 100% Is this true? Great touch by Ricky if so but cant find any links to story to corroborate. Hatton was in his corner of course the night he blitzed Alex Arthur to win the Lonsdale Belt. Best British fight I ever did ...

Re: Prospects from your area

A few years ago two young lads Joe Ham (fought at weekend there) and Aston Brown used to come over to Colin Belshaws gym in Paisley quite a bit. They were amateurs at the time. Both Glasgow boys (Gorbals and Govan). Ham seems to be cracking on with his career but I don't know whatever happened to B...

Re: Ricky Hatton talks about depression

"Depression" these days is a one size fits all term for any precious snowflake having a hard time of things. It's rise to prominence in this day and age and its ubiquity amongst seemingly every sleb minor or major who's fallen on hard times amuses me. In Ricky's case it's basically "...

Re: Ricky Hatton talks about depression

Depression is awful I have been there, but thinking back a lot of it boils down to feeling sorry for yourself, some people don't know how good there life is, just because there not world champions or in the news every two minutes some think life is bad!! Need to have a good look at themselves and st...
